It also provides pilots with a comprehensive understanding of the overall battery status, including real-time battery cell status, circle number, temperature, and other information, all within the DJI GO app. The BMS not only monitors the battery status during flight, but it also has overcharge and over discharge protection, reducing the possibility of battery damage. When the DJI Intelligent Flight Battery is not in use for an extended period of time, it automatically discharges to 50% charge, keeping it at an optimum charge level for extended battery life.
